Roseanna Joined us to replace Gill who sadly semi-retired but is still involved behind the scenes. Roseanna will be more than happy to talk to all customers and is extremely friendly. Very committed to customer service and an all-round gem! She has impressed us all that much that she is now taking over as Service Manager. Extremely organised and with a wicked sense of humour, Roseanna is much loved by the technicians and customers alike.

Gill joined us in 2015. Having been a client of many years she now has a view from the other side of the counter, so she really does know how you feel when your car lets you down. She will be happy to help customers with bookings and anything else that we throw at her in the course of a busy day.

Brian specialises in diagnostics and electrical problems but is equally at home with his hands on the spanners. So what a clever chap he is. He's a Spurs supporter, but hey, you can't have everything can you.

It will most likely be Hans who will carry out your MOT test. He is an extremely experienced and competent tester. Hans is a self-confessed chocoholic and enjoys chasing a ball round a golf course.
